Individualized calorie and macronutrient breakdown document, designed for you and your unique goals. You will fill out a quick online questionnaire, and receive your document via e-mail. After you receive your document we will schedule a one hour video call to discuss the document in depth: your macros, calorie counting and how to make this all work for you and YOUR goals.
1 on 1 lifestyle / behaviour change coaching. This package is for 1 month of coaching, which includes a total of 4 sessions, 1 hour a week. These sessions are tailored to your overall goals and needs. Together we determine the aspects of your life you would like to change and set small attainable goals to work towards each week. Examples may include making a plan and sticking to it (discipline), a more active daily routine, practicing self-love and self-awareness, making healthier food choices.
This package gives you the same one-month worth of coaching as package 1, plus a focused nutrition add on. This means you will also receive a unique macronutrient and caloric breakdown document for you and your specific goals. This will also include a full recipe pack with over 50 healthy recipes and 2 weeks’ worth of a sample meal plan with all macros listed (various lifestyle / eating options available (low carb, high protein, vegetarian and vegan).
This package gives you the same one month worth of coaching as package 1, plus an exercise/physical fitness add on. You will receive a unique workout plan tailored to you and your fitness goals. I will work with you and your busy schedule! Whether it's working out with toddlers under your feet, or only 30 minutes to move your body a day, we can make it happen!
This package is an all encompassing coaching package that combines all of package 1, plus the nutrition and exercise support add-ons.
