More than a coaching program, more than a support group, a COMMUNITY!
Keep Growing is an ongoing support group for your ENTIRE wellness journey. Embarking on a fitness or weight loss journey isn't only about a new diet and exercise routine. What you put in to your body and how you move are of course important, but it has to be about more than that for it to truly stick. We need community, we need support, a place to vent, a place to share our highest highs and lowest lows. A safe space that understands life is about more than staying within your daily calorie limit and crushing every single workout.
This group is for people who want to make their health a priority - mind and body. You may be someone who wants to lose a lot of weight, keep it off and feel good in the process, or maybe you have absolutely no desire to lose a single pound and simply want to be and feel HAPPIER and HEALTHIER. Maybe you have goals somewhere in-between or are simply looking for a new community where you can be yourself, and live a healthy life on YOUR TERMS. ALL are welcome. Every single person will be supported 100% in their personal goals.

2-3 live workouts a week (HIIT, Cardio, Strength training) ranging from 30 - 45 mins hosted on Zoom with all classes saved for playback at anytime. Classes will be posted in the Facebook group weekly with the Zoom link & password to join!
An hour long group coaching session via Zoom each week (recorded and posted to the group). Topics will vary from goal setting, healthy habits, handling stress, staying disciplined, meal planning, self love, self celebration, refocusing on your journey, creating a routine, embracing the journey, navigating mental health struggles on your journey and SO MUCH MORE! Topics will be chosen by me (Coach J) and group members. We will be in constant conversation and always discuss what YOU are needing!
Weekly live check ins / Q&A / chat, within the Facebook group to foster engagement, have a place to vent, celebrate, share how your week has been, ask questions about meals, tracking, exercises etc!
Members can expect daily posts, inspiration and check ins! Meals, recipes, fun goal setting challenges, accountability games, mindset shift ideas, motivating and educational content and so much more! A community where others feel supported and included is Coach J's number one priority for KEEP GROWING.
The group will have a copy of the e-book MY WELLNESS RESET for all members and all members will be given access to THE FREEPLAY COLLECTION which has over 150 pre-recorded workout videos. There will also be member only discount codes, promotions, giveaways and exclusive access to any 1 on 1 coaching opportunities that arise!
This is a subscription based group, where you will sign up for reoccurring monthly payments of $13.00 CAD (~ $10.00 USD)
