Personalized workout programs. Please note all programs are STRENGTH focused. Payment for packages 3, 4 & 5 can be made bi-weekly, monthly, or in full.
We will be creating you a workout guide that fits you and your goals! This guide will be tailored to suit your fitness level, and the exercise style you enjoy while also keeping in mind the changes you'd like to make.
You will follow your program via an app with video demonstrations of each individual exercise. Within this app you will track your workouts each day and have the ability to instant message with your trainer to ask any questions you may have.
*No formal check ins with this package.
This package is the exact same package as package number 1, but you will receive weekly e-mail check ins for accountability and to track your progress. You will also receive calculated macronutrients for the program. It is important to properly fuel your body while following any fitness program to see the results you want. When following a fitness program your nutrition is just as important as your workouts!
This package is all encompassing! You will receive a personalized 8 week fitness program (tailored to you and your goals), macro calculation and 8, 30 minute video check in calls (one a week). Jasmine will also be monitoring your progress via a private app and checking in regularly throughout the week. You will be able to instant message at anytime for support and answers to questions. Weekly video calls to discuss workouts, nutrition, mindset, discipline, behaviour change strategies and more!
The above price is per person. This package is the same as package 3 but with 3-10 of your like minded friends, family members, virtual friends, whoever your want to crush your goals with! Only one member per group will apply, and weekly zoom calls will be 45 minutes in length. Everyone will follow the same fitness program but of course macro calculations will be personalized for each member.
*NOTE* Small group Zoom calls will take place on Wednesday's and Thursday's (various times available)
This 8 week small group is for experienced athletes and fitness enthusiasts with a minimum of 6 months experience following a fitness routine. The main focus will be fat-loss and strength. We highly suggest you have access to a gym, but will also accept members with a range of dumbbells at home. This group will be physically demanding and hyper focused on nutrition - so we ask that you please have a healthy relationship with food and tracking. Your coaches will be doing this program with you!

Tracking macros is a flexible way to ensure you are able to still consume the foods you enjoy, without feeling overly restricted. Instead of focusing on calories alone, we will focus on macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat). We will develop your macronutrient numbers based on YOU, your activity level, and your goals! These packages are short term introductory level - with the level of support indicated in the description for each package.
This package is for those who would like their macronutrient numbers calculated for them based on their individual goals. You will receive a macro tutorial video, and a personalized macro document. You will also receive a recipe book (PDF) with a 2-week sample meal plan, and over 50 delicious recipes. All recipes provide you with the macronutrient breakdown for the dish. You have the option to choose from VEGAN / VEGETARIAN / LOW CARB or HIGH PROTEIN. *LOW LEVEL SUPPORT*
This 4 week package is for those who need a bit of extra support. You will receive everything included in package 1 plus private in app support:
-Anytime instant messaging with me within the app for questions, comments , concerns, support, and accountability
-Option to share progress photos and measurements
-Weekly goal setting
-Weekly progress check ins - 30 minute ZOOM call each week.
Forming new habits
This package is for 1 month of coaching, which includes a total of 4 sessions, 1 hour a week. These sessions are tailored to your overall goals and needs. Together we determine the aspects of your life you would like to change and set small attainable goals to work towards each week. Examples may include cultivating discipline, a more active daily routine, practicing self-love and self-awareness, making healthier choices, and whatever else you want to work on.

The Let's Grow Program runs for 4 weeks. This program takes place entirely in a private Facebook group.
This group will focus on the same principles applied during 1 on 1 coaching sessions.
